I served as a Public Affairs Specialist for Enterprise Technical Assistance Services, Inc. (ETAS) and the Portsmouth/Paducah Project Office (PPPO) from August of 2022 to April of 2025. During that time, I launched ETAS' social media accounts and created social media graphics for ETAS and PPPO. Click the header to view my work.
In spring of 2022 I served as a Marketing Intern at the University Press of Kentucky. In this role I wrote posts for the UPK blog, created monthly newsletters, and designed fliers for author Q&As. Click the header to view my work for UPK.
For my senior seminar project I created a portfolio showcasing the different types of writing and projects that go into book marketing based off of my time working with author and NASA scientist Les Johnson. Specifically, I created a publication announcement for The Spacetime War, documents featuring newsletter and website revisions, a blueprint for a basic social media campaign, a review list of bloggers, websites, and libraries, and a list of ideas that did not work for my project but that may work for future promotion of Mr. Johnson’s books. During my senior year of high school, I was the editor of Westwood Digital Literary Magazine. I designed the project using Wix, curated submissions, photographed art and mixed media, and uploaded all content to the site. Click the header to view the project.
